FARMHOUSE VEGETABLE BARLEY SOUP
Ingredients
1 pkg. Farmhouse Vegetable Barley Soup Mix
1 lb. (.454 kg) Italian sausage
8 cups chicken or beef broth
Instructions
In a large soup pot, brown Italian sausage (shaped into ½” balls or cut
in ½” chunks). Add Farmhouse Vegetable Barley Soup Mix and broth
and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Serve with Harvest Beer Bread.
